Personal Excellence
Personal excellence is perhaps the most important of all invisible and intangible assets that you can acquire. Achieving personal excellence in your business or industry requires lifelong dedication. But once you get into the top 10 percent of your field, you will be one of the highest paid people in the country. You will enjoy the respect and esteem of the people around you. You will be able to live your life the way you want to live it. You will enjoy high levels of self-esteem, self-respect, and personal pride. Self pride not as in be full of oneself! The truth is excellence is a spirit. We found this truth in a beautiful and inspiring bestselling Book ; ( Daniel 5:12 )“Forasmuch as an excellent spirit, and knowledge, and understanding, interpreting of dreams, and shewing of hard sentences, and dissolving of doubts, were found in the same Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar: now let Daniel be called, and he will shew the interpretation.’’ Have a great day! Shalom

A social business can be a good business, too
A social business can be a good business, too
The same tools and processes that go into creating a social business can also be put to use for social good. To test this notion and in honor of its 100th anniversary, IBM asked every employee “to take a full day and dedicate it to skills-based service.” Calling it the Centennial Celebration of Service, thousands of IBMers shared their expertise and then their experiences on IBM100.com. “Now you have in this social business program the permissioning and guidance matched with content so IBMers can get started and experiment [with social business],” said McCarty.

“One bite at a time.” (FC)
You don’t need to eat the whole social business elephant in one biteWhen asked, “How do you eat an elephant?” the sage pygmy replied, “One bite at a time.” And so it is with social business initiatives. IBM itself tried a number of different approaches internally: First by using a wiki to draft its social computing guidelines, and more recently by offering a “Social Computing Demystified” course to help more IBMers become digital citizens. These smaller building blocks helped pave the way for bigger initiatives like the expertise locator that now taps into nearly 3,000 IBMers from around the world.
Becoming a social business (FC)
Your employees need to be digital citizens, tooBecoming a social business means recognizing the need for your employees to become “digital citizens” and providing the training for them to manage their digital reputations. Accordingly, IBM not only trains its experts extensively, it is now building out “personal dashboards” to help them see the impact of their various interactions. “Good conversation creates good outcomes and that brings value to the organization and to the individual,” McCarty said.
Social media will be dwarfed by social business (FC)
Social media will be dwarfed by social businessWhile social media has helped many companies become more customer-centric, it is treated primarily as a modestly effective marketing tool. McCarty explained, “Social media is about media and people, which is one dimension of the overall world of business. With social business you start to look at the way people are interacting in digital experiences and apply the insights derived to a wide variety of different business processes.”

Percieving Yourself Accurately
How you perceive yourself determines how you behave. Perceive that you are powerless and you will act as if you are. Perceive yourself as inadequate and you carry yourself in that manner. Perceive that you are worthwhile, competent, capable, and effective, and things shift in your favor. Perceiving yourself accurately is a skill to be learned. Make it a priority to develop proper thinking regarding who you truly are in Christ Jesus. It is very important that we renew our mind Rom:12:2.

Setting and Achieving Your Goals
The Seven Step Process for Setting and Achieving Your Goals
''Hi. I am so glad you came. Humm. setting and achieving goals is one of the most difficult issue i see people struggle with. I was going through BT's note about setting and achieving goals! I just recently finished my third book project, I needed to set a clear goal, time line for myself! I know and I believe you have what it takes to do the same as well.'' Mercedes Monden.
First, decide exactly what you want in each area of your life. Be specific!
Second, write it down, clearly and in detail;
Third, set a specific deadline. If it is a large goal, break it down into sub-deadlines and write them down in order;
Fourth, make a list of everything you can think of that you are going to have to do to achieve your goal. As you think of new items, add them to your list;
Fifth, organize the items on your list into a plan by placing them in the proper sequence and priority;
Sixth, take action immediately on the most important thing you can do on your plan. This is very important!
Seventh, do something every day that moves you toward the attainment of one or more of your important goals. Maintain the momentum!
Only by discovering your innate strengths...by developing them...exploiting them to their highest degree-can you ever fully realize the greatest amount of satisfaction and enjoyment in everything you do.
Thanks for reading.

Learn To Make Better Decisions
Learn To Make Better Decisions
Every choice or decision you make is based on your values. Whenever you decide between alternatives, you invariably choose the alternative that you value the most. Because you can only do one thing at a time, everything you do is a demonstration of what you consider to be the most important at that moment. Therefore, organizing your values in an order of priority is the starting point of personal strategic planning. It is only when you are clear about what you value, and in what order, that you are capable of planning and organizing the other activities of your life.
